Lead Designer – UI/UX & Visual Graphics
  • We’re seeking a highly skilled design lead with a strong foundation in UI/UX and a creative edge in graphic design. Your work will span 70% web-focused projects and 30% visual/branding efforts, supported by a solid portfolio and experience in managing design teams.
  • Applicants must have prior experience in IT, software, or tech environments, with fluency in industry-specific terms. You should have hands-on involvement in designing marketing websites, mobile interfaces, and web applications.
  • Core responsibilities include developing user flows, wireframes, storyboards, process maps, and sitemaps. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and OmniGraffle (or similar) is essential.
  • A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is expected for fast prototyping. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, user interaction, and stays current with evolving UI/UX trends and tools.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment are a must. You’ll be responsible for mentoring junior designers, ensuring quality output across all stages of design.
  • Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to align business objectives with design strategies. You'll manage end-to-end project execution—from initial brainstorming to final implementation—while adhering to timelines and budgets.
